Conditions of Use

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 44pak ("44pak", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 44pak.org. This Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the 44pak platform, including registration, deposits, withdrawals, participation in casino games, sports betting, live dealer products, and all other services offered under the 44pak brand.

By creating an account on 44pak, clicking any acceptance checkbox during registration, or by using any part of the 44pak platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full — including any documents incorporated by reference, such as the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must not register an account or use any 44pak service. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active 44pak account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are registering as an individual in a personal capacity, not on behalf of any third party.
• You have not previously had a 44pak account suspended or permanently closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not acting as an agent on behalf of another person for the purpose of gambling.
• You understand that online gambling may be restricted or regulated under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, and you accept sole responsibility for verifying your legal right to use 44pak.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a 44pak employee in a role that provides access to non-public gaming system information.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. 44pak uses this information for identity verification purposes in accordance with its international licence obligations.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a material breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of any pending withdrawals, and potential reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 44pak account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. 44pak will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or telephone.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account. The existence of multiple accounts registered to the same individual — identified by name, address, device fingerprint, payment method, or IP address — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and any balances held across those accounts may be forfeited without notice.

You must notify 44pak support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. 44pak accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials or where you have shared your login details with a third party.

• You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not authorised by you.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your email address and phone number — accurate and up to date at all times.
• 44pak reserves the right to require additional identity verification at any stage, including before processing withdrawals or following unusual account activity.
• Account balances are not transferable between players and cannot be sold, gifted, or assigned to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All 44pak account balances are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 44pak does not operate dollar- or euro-denominated accounts. Deposits made via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Visa, Mastercard, or cryptocurrency are converted to and held as PKR within your 44pak account.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your account as soon as the payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. 44pak does not impose deposit fees, however your payment provider may apply their own charges. Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification. You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued identification document (CNIC, passport, or driving licence) and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is approved. 44pak aims to process verified withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa accounts within five minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method previously used to fund your account, or to a method verified as belonging to you under the same identity.
• 44pak reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that are unusually large or that follow irregular betting patterns.
• Any bonus funds remaining in your account at the time of a withdrawal request will be subject to applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• 44pak does not accept third-party payments. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

44pak offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The specific terms applicable to each promotion — including the bonus amount, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirement, wagering requirement, eligible games, and expiry period — are set out in the individual promotion page at the time the offer is made. Those specific terms are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement when you opt into a promotion.

Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Contribution rates towards wagering requirements vary by game type — slot games typically contribute 100%, while table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all unless specified otherwise.

• 44pak bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic or professional exploitation of bonus structures is prohibited.
• 44pak reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• If 44pak determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, hedging bets, or irregular play patterns — the bonus and any winnings derived from it may be forfeited.
• Bonus funds expire if not used within the period stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonus funds are removed from the account automatically.
• A player may only participate in a given promotion once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.

6. Gameplay & Betting Rules

44pak offers a range of gaming products including casino slots, live dealer table games, virtual sports, and a sportsbook with cricket, PSL, tennis, and other markets. Each product category is subject to its own specific game rules, which are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. Those game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

Sportsbook: All sports bets on 44pak are subject to the sportsbook rules displayed within the betting interface at the time of placement. 44pak reserves the right to void, suspend, or restrict betting markets at its sole discretion — including in circumstances involving incomplete events, data feed errors, pricing errors, or suspected match irregularities.

Casino Games: All casino games on the 44pak platform use certified random number generator (RNG) technology independently audited by recognised testing laboratories. Game outcomes are random and cannot be predicted or influenced. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

• 44pak is not liable for losses resulting from connectivity interruptions during active gameplay. Game session records held by 44pak's system shall be the authoritative reference in the event of any dispute.
• Minimum and maximum stake amounts are displayed within each game or market and may be subject to change without prior notice.
• 44pak reserves the right to impose stake restrictions on individual player accounts where risk management considerations apply.
• Any bet placed in error, including duplicate bets, remains valid once confirmed by the system unless 44pak determines a manifest pricing error has occurred.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute a material breach of this Agreement and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and where appropriate, referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account on 44pak, whether directly or through a proxy.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, macros, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the 44pak platform in a manner not intended for natural human gameplay.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinating bets, sharing hole-card information in live dealer games, or otherwise cooperating to gain an unfair advantage.
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports integrity violation in connection with 44pak betting markets.
• Using the 44pak platform to launder money, process fraudulent transactions, or conduct any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.
• Engaging in chip dumping, intentional losing, or other methods designed to transfer value between accounts in a manner that circumvents 44pak's bonus or withdrawal policies.
• Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any 44pak software, game engine, or security system.
• Using stolen or unauthorised payment instruments to fund a 44pak account.

8. Responsible Gaming

44pak is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment. It is not a reliable source of income and should never be used as a financial strategy or a means of recovering losses.

As part of its international licence obligations, 44pak provides the following responsible gaming tools, all of which are accessible directly from the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 44pak. Self-exclusion is irreversible for the minimum exclusion period selected and will result in closure of your account and return of any verified real-money balance.

44pak enforces a strict 21+ age restriction on all products without exception. Players who believe they may be developing a problematic relationship with gambling are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tools available in account settings or to visit the Responsible Gaming page for further resources and guidance.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 44pak platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of 44pak or its licensed third-party content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 44pak platform solely for your personal, recreational gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any 44pak content without prior written authorisation from 44pak.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 44pak's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total value of deposits made by you to your 44pak account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

44pak expressly excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings.
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information displayed on the platform that contains errors or omissions.
• Service interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues, third-party payment provider outages, force majeure events, or scheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain appropriate credential security.

The 44pak platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranty, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of any part of the platform.

11. Suspension & Termination

44pak reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• Regulatory or licence compliance requirements that mandate account restriction.
• Voluntary self-exclusion requested by the player.

Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, any account balance — including both real-money deposits and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where 44pak closes an account for operational or regulatory reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 44pak support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned after completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

12. Amendments to These Terms

44pak reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect, except where changes are required immediately for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 44pak.org/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to request account closure.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

44pak operates as an internationally licensed online gaming operator. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 44pak holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the 44pak platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting 44pak's support team.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English. Nothing in this clause limits 44pak's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
